Pregnancy & Birth Care Planning
Have a nursing care plan created for your pregnancy, labour, birth, and/or initial bonding moments. Sessions are client led and designed to facilitate planning and care team communication tailored to your needs and priorities.

Bedside Birth Support
Continuous labour and birth support in your planned place of birth (home, birth centre, or hospital). Advocacy for you and information for your partner and birth team (including doulas!) for your goal of receiving autonomous, respectful care.

Prenatal Classes & Workshops
Evidence Based Birth® Savvy Birth 101 Workshop
This one hour workshop for parents was developed by Evidence Based Birth® to give you and your birth partner the confidence and know-how you need to have a more positive, empowering experience on your birth day. You may have questions like: How do I know if my wishes will be respected? Will my birth plan be followed? You will discover strategies for communicating with your birth team and getting the information for stacking the odds in your favour of having a positive birth.

Evidence Based Birth® Hybrid Childbirth Class
The Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Class is a hybrid learning experience with in-person and virtual learning for today's busy families, delivering current evidence-based information in a friendly and approachable way. You and your partner will not only learn the evidence for both medical and holistic birth options, you will get to know Heather and other families who want to go deeper into their preparation for childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care, just like you.
